Me an a couple buddys of mine are going to try to go to Colorado next year, an i didnt know when the best time would be. i heard bow season because there in rut.? any ideas? Thanks

i have always heard that when its a good time to rattle, take advantage of it an rattle BUT, i am worried bout scaring off deer. when would it be good to rattle an do some good an not run anything off?

Well started out a good morning, not much wind, cool, it was perfect! Took my bow, sat n the blind an had a doe an forked horn (4-point) walk down on me this mornin an soon fallowed behind them was a lil spike! all w/ in shooting range but i was patient an held off. time when by an a desent 8 point was fallowing, but again not what i was looking for. so bout 11ish i got out an quitley walked through the damp woods an walked up on some a doe an 5 point eating acorns, so then waited tell they went out of sight an continued to walk up the fence line. i was about 50 yards from where the fence meet the rock fence, an there was a very nice 8! i blew the grunt a couple times to try to lure him on down but he showed no intrest. he continued his way away from me an ready to hit it next weekend! (RIFLE SEASON :gunsmilie:) so as i walked down the hill, i started looking for obvious sign an man was i supprised!!! total of 5 trees rubbed,each 10ft apart, 3 oak trees bout 4in around, an 1 ceeder bout 2in around, an 3 active scraps! how do i become a cameraman? that would be fun as well! im not in school though so thats out the way lol..but i have a HS diploma. but yea id like to know how to be a camera man

i read that thread. it didnt tell me how to go about it though. send a resume? or what. nobody told me how to get started.

where my blind is located is about 100 feet in the woods where the ceders meet the oaks. i have 6 scraps in total all around me w/ 5 rubs around me also an have cin bucks there. the problem is ive seen mainly spikes, an all small bucks(not close to legal). in the same spot last year i killed a good 8-point an a good 10-point the year prior. i see an ungodly amount of does' each time i go an the wind is right to set there. so should i try to find another spot or what? i know theres GOOD sign there but all i c is the LITTLE bucks! so any ideas?

I am sure alot of people ask all the prostaff members "how they get where they are". (how did they get on the prostaff). i want to be a prostaff member! i would love to have the chance the be a realtree prostaff member, and i know for sure i have the knowlege an skills to be able to be able to make it! it was just a question that i have never been able to get answered. would you tape a hunt an send it in? or what? what would i need to do? because i would do anything to do what these guys are doing! thank you for your time an hope to hear from somebody.
