    deer My first clue is if he looks way bigger than the other deer around him. And another thing I consider an indicator of maturity is mass. Heavier racks seem more indicative of an older deer. Just my 2cents. Joel

    black cloud I've used bc since it came out and i love it. I will say though, that i hit a slightly lower percentage of the birds i shoot at but i have virtually no cripples anymore. I either kill the bird or miss altogether. Just my 2 cents.
