Monster Buck, I usually am a die hard Federal Ammunition person! However I recently purchased a new Remington CDL 7 mm Rem Mag. In testing several types and brands of ammunition. I had purchased some Remington 150gr. Acu-Tip 7mm Rem Mag. Ammo for my testing. As one of the guys said the Cor-Lock was terrible at around 2 MOA at 100 yards however the 150 Acu-Tip fired a very respectable .447, 5 shot group at 100 yards. If you subtract the bullet diameter from the .447 that is a respectable group. You may want to give a box a try. I was very impressed with it. Also on a recent hunt on the Outdoor Channel hunt I used some Hornaday 150 that had the same polymer type bullet and it worked great on an 8 pt buck. So the Remington 150 Bullet should work great on deer and other game. AR

Jeramie, I am a die hard Leupold guy. However recently purchased an Alaskan Guide Premium Scope from Cabelas 4X12. I mounted it on a new Remington 7 mm Rem Mag And I have to tell you I am impressed and the price is good also for a good quality scope. I think around $345.00 and great glass. Saw it on sale and just gave it a try! Shot a .447 group with it at 100 yards. Subtract the .284 for bullet diameter and it is a great group. So it can't be bad! You sure can't shoot a group like that if you can not see it good and with poor glass. Take a look at these before you buy. Good Luck! AR
