its like the old saying never judge a person until you walk a mile in their shoes.i would trade places just for one day with any of the so called macho bow hunters and i guaratee they would not be so narrow minded.

just thought it would be nice to talk with people who use them pros and cons on equip etc. thanks for the input.

i,m still trying to figure out how to wash and dry them so they dont beat the heck out of the machines.do it when my wife is not home. i dont think she would be to happy with me lol

i was just wondering if there is a forum for people like myself who use a crossbow for hunting.

i won one in a contest about four years ago i think it would be helpful to let you know where you have been so you dont keep covering the same ground.to be honest i really never have used mine much other than to tell me what the temp is so i can feel even colder.

hate the things got um all over my yard like walking on marbles.

live in illinois thats dirt cheap.

look like hickory nuts to me.

Thanks for the info. I am going out again this weekend and i think i will use my spitfires until i can find out what went wrong.I shot her at fifteen yards in a cut beanfield so i know the arrow struck nothing but the deer it just makes feel awful to injure a deer and not recover it.Once again thank you. Chris, PS i emailed the company that owns them and so far have not heard anything back from them also due to an injury i shoot a tenpoint tl 7 crossbow and was thinking maybe this had something to do with it.

Has any one had problems with blades on rage two blades not deploying .I shot a doe broadside which appeared a double lung shot and she bolted off and when i found my arrow one blade had not opened at all leaving almost no blood trail . I tracked her after about an hour and lost all blood and never did find her. I just switched from spitfires and i am thinking i made a mistake by doing this. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated .
