  2. thanks for the advice, extremely helpful,I am training my golden for quail hunting, and i've done all i think i can do verbally. my golden loves to point and retrieve, the only problems i'm having is that she gets to far ahead of me and doesn't want to come back on comand. I think she needs just a little more incinitive. So I'm not looking for anything waterproof, mainly just need something for distance and one I can adjust the power. If you have any ideas i'd loved to hear,THANKS.

  5. thats a lot of great advice, one more tip is not to remove your cameras directly after the season. I have pics of deer with full rack and a half rack the next day. it really narrows down the search. I am from south ms. and the deer are shedding already imagine that. good luck

  7. I have 20 post and love bow hunting, bow hunters are dedicated,give me a break.
  8. I have an excellent place to hunt and have seen 8+ turkeys with beards of 8" or more so will probably wait for the big one. Hope to take one with a bow.
  9. I hunt in south ms. and have also seen an amazingly lot of deer this year mostly bucks. Really strange wonder what was different. maybe it was the extended cold weather we had.

    Has anyone taken a turkey with the guillotine and do you use the same bow you deer hunt with.

  14. Not yet, but hope to be getting a new maxxis bone collector, hope its worth the doe and lives up to the hype. I loved my old hoyt but time for a new one.

    all great advice I shot whisker bisquit rest for a while it will tear your arrows up
