I was actually after the light geese on feb 27th in MO and just this past week here in central IA. Killed 38 in MO (migration was runnin a little late) and not sure about how many total here in central IA, but have had a few good hunts so far. Gotta love the spring hunts!!! One great thing about snow geese is that they dont decoy like any other waterfowl. Every flock is a new experience and in the spring.... its a usually large numbers in each flock!! GREAT TIME!!!
