Yes, the tags are either sex and they are good for 12 units just trying to narrow it down a little. Got maps yesterday. My 16 y.o. son I will be hunting together we hope to hike in 2-3 miles maybe and spike camp. Depending on weather. We will have 3 -4 days to hike around and scout to pick an area to camp. I'll take any advice thanks guys

I have first season elk with my son, any info out there on previous hunts in these units.The tags are good for multiple units in the flat tops area. never been to colorado before and just getting my maps to start a plan. thanks
