Quite a story, but if you look close to the deer on the left it appears the head was added (Croped In) to the rump of the other by creative photo editing. This one I'm not buying, but great imagination. :clap: The Gutting cut also continues through the hind leg region on the "left Deer" which if this was genuine this would, my guess be the front legs but the ones shown are Back legs. One thing I'm pretty sure of is in 4 to 5 year this thing might have to use the restroom, which I think is just another chink in this story.

2010 deer season “Breakdown” in Maryland Well the 2010 deer season is coming to a close and I’ve noticed several things this year and it seems others have seen as well? Number of large bucks taken seems to be lower this year Overall population of deer seems to be lower this year as well? Rut activity was not as “Heated” west of the Chesapeake Bay? Less massive antlers, skinnier than years past Possible answers http://www.huntingandfishingmaryland...son-breakdown/ Curious to see how other states did with the past winter!!

There are many opinions and predictions about the rut. I have been scratching my head wondering when I would seen the full on bonanza and yesterday (Nov 23, 2010) I finally saw full on rut, bucks in the middle of the day chasing does and traveling the world looking for love. I found this article From a Charles ALSHEIMER very interesting, detailed and right on concerning our property in Baltimore County. Charles predicted the heat (PEAK) of the rut this year to be Nov. 21st thru the 24th 2010. Well I can't dispute it after seeing the activity from last night. Looks like we could see the tail end of the rut through Firearms this season. Good luck to all and be safe.
