well just got in from the mornin sit although i didnt see any deer yet at 7:30 this morning i saw a coyote come in and he was eating a apple and kept looking like something was there he did it twice never smelled or saw me it was a bobcat i couldnt believe it he was chasing the coyote it was pretty neat ill be headin back out around 3

I hear ya bud lol cant sleep havin a few beers got my liscense today ill i will be out the crack of dawn tommorow good luck and lets see wht happens tomorrow let me know your input and ill do the same

tommorow is the season opener for the 2010 archery season for new hampshire. I do masonry for a living and was told by the home owner that there going on vacation fo the rest of the week and dont want me back till they get back which is sunday night which means i get to hunt 5 days what good timing huh lol. Got the stand hung last sunday deer moving through there all times im pumped cant sleep took a shower used my scent away for bathing drinking a few beers now and gettn ready for bed. I will let you guys know what happens tommorow wish me luck and good luck to everyone else that hunting this week and this season. I cant believe it the season is finnaly here

while scouting last week i came acoss a big rub from last year about 2 ft high!!! this is about 30 yards on where im going to hang a stand its up on a ridge where it kinda flattens off there are alot of acorns and some deer trails around.it seems like they bed in a thicket from down bellow and run a stone wall up or come from the timbers which is water company land whats your guys input on this the season starts wendsday of next week for the first 15 days up here it antlered deer only i dont believe this deer was taken but it seems like hes a nice buck

Im going to invest in a portable stand ill try that spot and move to a diffent location depending on the wind.Try different things you know what i mean

hey guys im currently use the rage 2 blade 100 grain heads which love. i sighted them in with the rage practice head they give you but i lost the head where can i get this head or will the field point 100 grain heads fly the same as this i heard they do whats your input?

its not just a thicket, it travel routes coming from a thicket eathier coming from the deer come from the woods to this area and cross and come from across the road or come across the driveway through a swampy area

thanks for the input guys and thanks for welcoming me to the forums. well today i just grabbed the camera to see what was on there. it was out for 2 days i had about 5 different deer on it. no bucks as of yet but some nice sized does coming in at different times some during the night day and mornings and early mornings. so i guess i know there moving through there at all times so i just placed my camera in another one of my spots im really pumped about. a monster rub from last year was there so ill keep you guys posted thanks again kyle

I found this spot recently on the other side of my gfs property, theres alot of different intersecting deer trails with alot of tracks but not alot of droppings. theres a house kinda clsoe by with like a brushy thicket which i believe the deer are bedding. there are a few small old apple trees not alot of apples on them but some. the deer might come from across the road all over.. My ? is idk if this would be a good spot to hunt ive been there 4 times and saw deer 3 out of 4 times during the day i know its kinda early but do you guys think this would be a good area to hunt?
