Sleepy Hollow Farm LLC (nearly 2000 acres that has seen very limited hunting over the last 80 years) is offering an exclusive hunting experience. There will be a limit of 20 leases offered, and each will have approximately a 100 acre tract to themselves! Sleepy Hollow Hunt Club will sow and manage food plots, and maintain mineral licks, (lease owners can make improvements of their own) and offer deer removal and field dressing of your deer, for a fee. Our hunting manager will help get you set up in high traffic area in order to help insure you of a successful hunt.
We are located in Mason County Kentucky, over looking the Ohio River and bordering Lewis County. This is prime Whitetail territory! There have been three Boone-Crockett bucks taken in this county during the past year. Lease dates are from October 15th through December 31st, 2011.
RATES
Hunting leases are available for One Week at a time or the entire Ten Week Season
One Week Leases / $500 person (no more than three hunters per tract)
Ten Week Season Leases / $2500 (one hunter per 100 acre tract) (multiple tract discounts available)
Additional hunters $1000 each (no more than three hunters per tract)
(example) 3 hunters = $4500 divided by 3 = $1500 each comes to $150 per week each
During the entire season one hunter under the age of 16 will be allowed per hunting tract, at no extra charge.
Club membership $25 per year (per person)
Reservations are being taken now for the 2011 season
50% payment is due when reservations are made. Balance due within 90 days.
Payment methods – PayPal, certified check, money order, or cash
There are no refunds (If unable to use your lease time, you may sell it to another, with permission from the Hunt Club.) Otherwise it will be offered to someone on the waiting list.
TERMS
Only those individuals that have paid the hunting fee and joined the Hunt Club are allowed on the property. No bringing friends.
Must provide own tree stand and equipment
All hunters must have Kentucky hunting license
$10 will be paid for each coyote
Hunters will have access to their lease property year round, when paid in full
Alcohol is prohibited on the property
GPS devices are required
15'' (outside spread) minimum on bucks ($200 penalty for those not meeting the minimum)
AMENITIES
Campground with electric hook-ups, showers, restrooms (can leave campers for the entire season)
Trail system through out the property for easy access and deer removal
