Stuff is starting to rock fellas. Out this morning and three different bucks being very vocal and chasing. Saw another nice buck chasing a doe hard while glassing after I got out of my morning stand around 1030.

Since I posted this, I have had several people tell me in the area I hunt that they have seen large (160+) bucks checking does. Not any full on chasing or anything but they seem to be starting. Does will have nothing of it. Weather.com says cold front comming in this wed. Hopefully this kickstarts things a bit.

I hunt in south west Wisconsin and was just wondering what kinda action everyone was having? Its been slow so far here. Bucks are just starting to think about it.

last picture is very hard to tell without seeing the body. The head does however seem to look 3.5

I tend to not hunt mornings much until Oct. 25 or so. An exception to this is opening weekend of archery.
