Did pretty good this morning. Just about 40 degrees. Saw a lot of gadwall and woodies,but not a whole lot of greenhead

Well we lease a couple pastures for cattle and the treeline of the woods that were flooded runs parallel to the creek and an open pasture we can't dam it back up so I'm relying on rain to fill the hole that I will dig up and I will clear somw trees around it and hopefully the ducks will come.

Well last year I had some great flooded timber to duck hunt. Beavers had damed up a creek and created it. But the dam was broken up and the beavers were relocated so now its dry. I was thinking about getting a tractor back there and digging a decent size hole for the ducks to land on. I'm not really sure about this I'm open to tips hints and ideas
