Since getting my Horton, it seems like all my friends are getting crossbows too. This has happened 4 times now after taking them to shoot. Each of them have gotten different bows for different reasons. Right now there's 2 Barnetts, a PSE, and a kodabow. After shooting my ultra lite I think I have to say that it is the most accurate and friendly not to mention the lightest. I am anxious to try out a 10 point and an Excalibur. It is getting tough waiting for whitetail season!

crossbow issues It seems that the original string stretched a bit and the pulley timing was off a little bit but now it is shooting with near same hole accuracy. Actually have wrecked 4 bolts since the fix because they are hitting each other!

crossbow issues Thanks for all the comments. I spoke with Horton as well as my local pro shop and Horton sent me a premium string. The pro shop adjusted my cams which were a little off. Going to shoot today so we'll see how it goes.

I'm hoping somebody can help me out here. I just got my first crossbow. I zeroed it perfectly and it was definitely a precision instrument. A week later I go to zero it and not only was it way off but it wouldn't group nice and tight for me at first. After about 9 bolts my groups came back nice and tight but still way off. I re zeroed it but it happened again a few hours later. Got it zeroed again but I don't know why this is happening. I am an Army sniper and I know how to shoot well so I am wondering if this is common?
