I am in the market for a muzzleloader right now and wanted to see what my forum friends had to say. I am going to put a new Leupold VX-L 4.5x14x50mm IR........ I want a good accurate gun . Thank you for you input !!!!

I use the rage and love them !!! Killed a number of deer with them an my Mathews and have had great luck !!!

Going to VA tomorrow morning to cut a few shooting lanes and hang a few stands. It is going to be 92 degrees and with all the ticks, snakes and Mosquitos it might not be the best time but it has to be done. People that don't hunt right think you just go in the woods and kill a deer. So far from the truth. It takes alot of perpetration and hard work.... Looking to harvest a great deer this year and we will see what's on the camera !

Trail cams I've used a ton of different brands and the Moultree M-80 and M-100 are great for the money. They are between $ 100-200.00....... Good luck !!

Shot the bow today! I shot my Helim today and it was hot here in NC 99 degrees is to hot for me. I am looking to shoot 4-5 times a week to get ready for Sept.

I just got a new Mathews Helim and I love it. I had a Mathews Z7 Extreme and the Helim is lighter, smoother and with the axle to axle being a little longer I seem to be more accurate with it. Anybody else out the own a Helim and what do you think about it ???? All bows are great and very similar I am just prone to Mathews.

VA Tick Problem Thank you arrows32 ! I think they are worst this year and any I can remember. I hate those little guys !!!!

bow hunters Mathews Helim....... Just got it and I love it !! Fast, smooth, light, and reminds me alot of my Mathews DXT. I'm in NC and the season starts here the 2nd Sat. In Sept. there are alot of great bows out the just choose what feels and shoots best to you ! Good luck !

Just wanted to throw this out there for the group to get any ideas. I have a new lease in VA and the ticks are horrible ! I have been there three times and came out with 31 ticks on me. Looking for a solution that is odorless and won't spook the deer. Any ideas will be appreciated !!!
