    Thanks for the input. I appreciate all the information and tips. I prefer to hunt from the tree but my son does not like heights and does not want to go up in the tree. So I was hoping this might work. We have tried hunting on the ground with natural blinds but that has not worked yet.

    I know you are suppose to put out a ground blind out for a while before you hunt from it. The hard part is that to many people hunt the private land that I currently hunt. I am afraid that it will come up missing. Is it okay to put it up the same day you hunt? or is it a waste of time?
