They thought they had a solution, it's called a blood patch. It didn't work. Last few days the migraines have come back a little more frequently. The vertigo comes and goes, but for the most part is manageable. Unfortunately surgery is most likely going to be the fix. I'm hoping I can get into a ground blind once this season just to have that time in the woods, heck I'd be fine if it was just in the backyard. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Unfortunately I'm still not healthy enough to get into a stand (severe migraines and vertigo). Dr's have pinpointed my issues but one has yet to offer an actual solution. Well, I got hurt at work last month, and yesterday I got the news I was dreading, I can no longer bow hunt. So now I'm in search of a crossbow. Any recommendations or advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Been sick for the past two weeks. I get in the woods this weekend, and this is all I get to see.

This weekend was a bust due to that low that moved in Friday night. It's been quite a while since I've felt winds that strong!! I'll be back at it again next weekend!!!!

My buddy got one down on the property Sunday. Now that we can pattern them some more, they'll be hitting ground more often!

Rifle season starts Saturday, but I'm still hoping to get one with my bow at some point this season.

I'll be in the stand Saturday morning. Reports from the property last weekend are promising. 11 deer seen in one sit, hopefully we've patterned them correctly now. I know where my first sit will be Saturday, guess I'll go from there.
