Would I possible have any luck hunting a 1000 yard long tree line boarding a 85 acre picked corn field with a uncut corn field to the south and west and it has a 3 acre pond in the south west corner. I'm wanting to switch stuff up and stay out of the woods till next weekend. The closest woods to this field is 3-4 miles in any direction would I have any luck?

Opening morning in Indiana. I'm hunting my newest lease this morning I've been watching some does 95 yards out about 30 yards from the edge of the lease. I have a stand that just recently got placed about 30 yards from where they are I think I'm going to try that stand this evening. Other than the rain it hasn't been bad

I've engraved my name and phone number into the new stands and each section of the ladders. I've talked to the local law enforcement and the conservation officers already they told me to place some cameras at the gate because they can't do anything until we get a license plate number or a good picture of the people

I got a call late last night from the land owner saying they saw a vehicle leaving the area this was about 11pm last night and the owner was trying to follow the vehicle they were able to get a make model and color of the vehicle but no license plate number. I went to Walmart today and bought 4 ladder stands, 2 hanging stands and 3 blinds today and I made sure to get the tree stand locks that they sell

It's a written lease with the land owner having no reaspondity of anything that happens on the property. It's all fenced in because cattle use to use the land as pasture woods and all and the only people who have keys is us on the lease and the property owner

I went to check my trail cams on one of the leases me and some buddy's go in on just to find out someone cut the lock on our gate and stole all our trail cams, blinds and tree stands and I can see where they had drove a vehicle through the woods so my question is once we get new stands blinds and trail cams bought is there any way we can put insurance on our equipment while its in the woods?

I was cleaning up around the house tonight and ventured into a tree line on the fair back corner of my property. It's a old pasture and I don't use it so it just grows up but I found two interesting things back there and I'm going to use them to make me a blind. The first one was a little trailer that measures 7'x8' and a truck bed topper that measures 63-1/2" by 90" and I have wood laying around so I'm going to try to make this as cheap as possible.

I'm checking in. Season in Indiana opens up October 1st but I'm heading to Wisconsin for a hunt September 22-25.

The kill plot will be in Indiana when I go to Wisconsin it's to visit with my grandparents and get a early start on bow season they have a small 20 acre wooded area in the middle of their fields that I like to try to hunt once a year

That's the reason why I use fixed because I'm always afraid something would break if I went to mechanical broad heads. I was at dicks a couple weeks ago and saw some redneck brand ones anyone ever heard of them?

How many people plant kill plots near there stands for bow hunting? I have almost half an acre near one of my stands I'd like to do a kill plot at but I have no idea what to plant in it

I'm going out this weekend to buy new arrows and broad heads and it has me wondering what's the best broad head out there on the market? I normally shoot fixed ones but are mechanical ones better? I need help

I'm looking into getting my dad a crossbow for this fall so he can get back in the woods with me. He hunted one year with me then our land we hunted got sold so he sold his bow and over the past 3 years I've slowly gotten more land to hunt so I want to get him back at it. I've been thinking a crossbow would be better for him than a compound but I don't want to spend big bucks on a crossbow and he only uses it one season so ive been looking at the Rural King $80.00 ones anyone have any good or bad stories about them? I can't remember the make of them off the top of my head but I'll be going there for work this morning and I'll get the info
