Unless I was just looking to kill a deer that day, I probably would of let him walk. He could of possibly gotten better, or been eaten by yotes. But that’s how it is, nature is cruel but it is what it is Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I my clothes in scent free detergent and then I seal them up in a big plastic bag (it’s a vacuum seal bag but I don’t vacuum it) so that they don’t get any scents on them from my house. I always wash with scent free soap the day before a hunt as well and then give my outer layer and the things I can’t wash like boots, pack, and hat a spray down with scent eliminating spray. Wonder what everyone takes with them shed hunting. I know a lot of you just take the basics but if you take more than boots and a water bottle, what do you bring?
