redkneck
Friday night after hunting. A friend of mine gave me 3 traps, so I said I'd try my hand at it, been years and years since I had trapped anything (besides coons and hogs). 2 out of 2. Not bad for starters! Ethan Givan
Some good lookin fur you have there. Trapping any animal with consistency takes practice, but trapping canines takes an extra amount of skill IMO. Nice job. Wish I had a line out again this year myself. redkneck
Looks like the hole sets you were thinking about are working. Congrats! Great job and record so far! Did good to start with, but now I keep getting them dug up and still set like something is pushing them away. Couldn't tell if it was coyote or fox there's been so much scratching around and then a rain. got to re-set and re-bait pretty quick. Could have gotten a little scent on the trap. Might try pulling it and making a new set a few yards away. Hope you can get it figured out.
