mortensen
Octopus Verses Shark. No Contest You Say? My wife is Japanese so we've eaten plenty of octopus on different occasions. And I'm not really that fond of it, but from scientific point of view they are a most interesting critter. Being an invertebrate, they have no bone structure at all. After watching this video, I was wondering what kind of digestive system they had. Their digestive system begins with a parrot like beak and inside the beak is the Radula, which is the tongue like structure covered with rows of teeth for digging, drilling and scraping food from substrates. The brain, sense organs, and central nervous system are among the most highly developed of the invertebrates. Their eyes have a monocular vision as both eyes can see just about 360 degree's. Tominator
Pretty cool, but I wonder how it would fare against a predator shark like a blue, mako, tiger, great white, etc. I think that was a nurse shark.
PotashRLS
Cool video. Is it just me or did it seem like the shark didn't put up much of a fight at first? Also it was hard to get reference for size like the whole thing was out of proportion. Makes me hungry for a Friday Fish Fry.
