Team Realtree
You don't. And you don't know many in here. Even though I would enjoy meeting all the members here in the forums, my point is this: This is the home to many hunters. We expect you to treat it like one when you comment or post. Treat these forums like you would as a guest in someones home. A home where everyone (young and old alike) are welcomed to sit and listen to what you have to say. Think about it. If you keep this in mind with every post you make, there shouldn't be any problems. S
BowtechTurkeyHunter
This would be the"golden rule" "Treat others as you would want to be treated" Steve
Turkeygirl
Excellent post Scott, thanks. Something I would like to share that is a motto at camp where I worked and that we tell the campers is this: "Everyone Has Something To Offer" (or EHSTO)
snapper
Scott...I know you! LOL Good point though...too many people don't want to hear another way of hunting because its not the way they do it. Just because someone hunts differently...doesn't make it wrong!!!! Lets show our fellow hunters some respect.
Guest bowhunter56
I hope the site and it's forums, can go back to more hunting, outdoors topics rather than those that spark different opinions.

Team Realtree
Just made it out to Vegas for SHOT. A long day with delayed flight, LONG time in the air, and a very slow Vegas airport. This post I made last night is not like a final word on all the feedback we got back. I'm still going through those, and because of them, I'm going to try to be a little more active in here. I will say that this post pretty much sums it up. Some folks said something to the same effect when emailing us. I just tried to make it plain and simple. It's not to say there will be folks that want others kicked out of this home, or want me or someone else to do it. Just keep it in mind before things get out of hand. Let's get back to some good conversations. S
Shaun_300
Thanks Scott, very well said. Like William said it's pretty simple, this place is a very friendly place on the net, doesn't take much effort to keep it that way.

unioncountyslayer
The only problem is that what one person feels is acceptable behavior is different from others views. But I appreciate your effort to clean things up.

wtnhunt
The only problem is that what one person feels is acceptable behavior is different from others views. But I appreciate your effort to clean things up. No matter where you are or what you do, people are not always gonna agree. Hopefully with those situations people will remember to have respect for other readers here and if and when members run across that type thing will remember Scott's request.
