wtnhunt
Least one buck I passed a few times made it through the regular seasons. Think I shot video of this same deer sparring early on. With the youth hunt ending this years deer seasons this weekend looks pretty likely this guy getting his pic made as recently as last Tuesday made it through. Had pics of this deer from velvet on into November at which point he vanished. Kinda weird he disappeared sometime in November and has showed back up, maybe the rut had him pushed out, gonna be interesting to see if he hangs around. Deer could have some cool character if the brows grow back the same way. Should be real easy to identify. Back in October.
buckee
He's going to look a lot nicer next year and the year after. It's always good to see survivors.
Tominator
You figure that's a one year old William? Sleek looking buck, hope he survives and hangs around for you.

From the pics I thought this deer was probably a 1.5 year old Chris. Deer did a good job of hiding through the general firearms season. If he can hide another season through he could turn out to be a pretty nice deer with real cool character granted those brows or kickers continue to point forward. I am gonna have to do some reviewing of the video I shot to see if it is the same deer I think it is.
ruttinbuc
He does look like a young buck. In very good shape, too. He would be a cool trophy if he keeps those characteristics.

Yep, checked cams yesterday, deer for the most part here do look very healthy, think this one having been around we will likely see him again at some point. Cam in the bottom went unchecked for about a month and a half, several bucks down there were still around mid December, unfortunately card was filled and has not taken any pics in over a week. Gonna wait for this weeks rain flooding potential to pass and get that cam back down there.
Shaun_300
Neat looking buck there, hopefully his left brow tine doesn't take out his eye next year. :1eye:
