buckee
That's just ridiculous, and way, way, way out the average Joe's price affordable range. I've always been a Matthews fan, but starting to have second thoughts. That bow in Canada is going to be over $3,000....GEESH!!
ckrich
No way am I spending that kind of money on a bow, and I am a gear purchasing addict! Besides, have you felt the draw cycle on that thing???

Tony
been away from here for a while and its nice ot be back and see nothing has changed much. $2100 for a "Custom " bow made only for the individual isnt that bad. as the mathews site says, these bows will not be hanging in the local shops, they will be offered to customers that wish to take bowhunting to its extremes. i see no reason to expect this bow to drive the price up in other areas. Mathews does have bows under a grand for a new bow. if a person has the means to buy a custom rig, then i say go for it. it was the same as Hoyt last year when they came out with the Carbon Matrix. everyone said Hype and Too much, i bought one and i can say its a heck of a bowhunting bow. light and easy to carry and dead at the shot. for some of you that shoot rifles, what would you pay for a custom made to order rifle designed just for you? it would be a lot more than the production model sitting on the shelf. so i say if you can afford it and love Mathews bows buy one, if you cant afford it, then dont buy one. just my opinion though. ruttinbuc
they will be offered to customers that wish to take bowhunting to its extremesBut really, what are the extremes? Not to argue, but I think the extreme would be to go back the other way. With a stick bow and a match stick for a sight pin. Then again, how much are those Black Widows...... Tony
But really, what are the extremes? Not to argue, but I think the extreme would be to go back the other way. With a stick bow and a match stick for a sight pin. Then again, how much are those Black Widows...... extreme bows would be specialty bows in the 70 pounds limbs and above. say your going to hunt Africa or Alaska and want 80 or 90 pound limbs. then im thinking this bow would fill the bill or a guy that wants to shoot a 700 gr or higher arrow and still maintain decent speed. you know you just cant take the old deer bow set at 60 pounds and 400 gr arrows and chase after the African Big 6 or some of the big bears in Alaska. heck i even know some target archers that spend 1200 on a bow with nothing on it.
