Jeramie
This will be somewhat pic heavy. We are stuck around the house so I got the camera out for a minute. If it ever stops snowing ill take more shots later. Right now its too cold to be out there but it is suppose to stop snowing in 4 hours (roughly). Our county (Mayes) has setup an automated phone response system that is calling local numbers and telling people if they venture out they are on their own. Conditions are really, really bad and they are already on so many calls they literally cant cover any more. We will end up with roughly 12" - 16" when its all said and done. That came down on top of 3/4" of an inch of sleet and ice. Not good driving conditions. We will likely be snowed in for a couple of days. In rural Oklahoma we dont see snow trucks for a while. Only local traffic will clear any ruts in the road. Im taking my tractor out later to clear on my drive and some of the neighbors drives if it quits the 30mph wind and snowing. Our turnpikes are shutdown, city streets in Tulsa are shutdown because of stranded cars, highways are littered with vehicles. They have even called in the national guard to get people from their vehicles. People are and have been stranded for hours.... Just ask Randy O, sounds like he got a full taste of the storm too. On to the pics. Red birds (cardinals). We are feeding them out the front door. We have probably 150 birds by the front door. Many are cardinals. Random snowfall shots. Far more to come after it all comes down and I can venture out. It may be tomorrow but it should make for some really beautiful shots. And my 7 1/2 month old girls enjoying the snowfall. Im glad to see the golden retiever is enjoying the snow. She may make a duckdog yet! If not the corgi is more than happy to do the job. She retrieves the bag just as good and typically much faster in normal conditions. However, with snowfall deeper than she is tall it slows her down considerably! My golden, Chloebug, has the advantage for once....
Dawg
Cool pics Jeramie. Wish we could get snow like that down here.
BearClaw
Looks like here in Western Maryland we will miss most of this for a change. We got freezing rain and sleet last night and this morning everything looked like a giant ice rink. The county kept the main roads clear though. Tonight we are due for freezing rain but no forecast for snow right now. Hope you get dug out soon!

ckrich
Not the best picture, but you get the idea. It's still coming down! At least I've been able to catch up on my chores. This apartment will be spotless before the storm passes.
Tominator
Just got done flinging my son down the driveway on his 2 rail sled. Our drive is 80 yards long, I was easily flinging him half way down. Just a sheet of ice here, more on the way. They are predicting a half inch of ice tonight, followed by snow.
