Dawg Posted February 2, 2011 Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 Me.....I have two mule deer tenderloins in the crock pot covered in fat free Italian dressing, chopped onions, 1/4 of water and a variety of seasonings. Gonna let that slow cook til I go to bed. It's been on about an hour now. Then I have some English peas cooked that I'll be eating as a side dish, might cook some mac-n-cheese in the morning while I'm getting ready for work and take that along too. Simmer all day, some large crusty onion buns and a full bodied glass of red wine to go along with it. Too bad I have to wait till supper time to enjoy it. I think today I'll go with 4 spicy garlic and 4 carribbean jerk. It's going to be a long 3.5 hours until we leave now that I think about it.
