texastrophies
Woke up this morning to this.... We don't get the kind of weather that creates this very often, so got to take advantage of it when we can. Although this was kind of fabricated, supposed to start getting the real thing this afternoon and tonight and might have a couple of inches of the white stuff in the morning. We will see. MCH
Beautiful pics, Jeff. It's funny that I'm over 8 hours north and we haven't got anything close to that. And then 4 hours north of me, they're snowed up. We must've been in the eye of the storm....LOL

gzilla45
That doesn't look like fun. I'd rather have just the white stuff.

wtnhunt
That ice is no fun. You say fabricated Jeff? Notice it looks like water hose is hooked up, sprinkler? Gets below freezing here the hoses are usually unhooked from the frost free hydrants.
texastrophies
Yep, ran the sprinkler all night for that affect. Just talked to my son, he said for the most part the ice is all still there, might have to go for round 2 tonight since it is still below freezing. Adjam5
Your poor Texans are getting frozen by the minute down there. That ice does look neat . I think it was Tuesday night when I was down in the Hill Country when we had a hail storm and some really wicked winds. Many of my buddies neighbors had frozen water pipes and the power was going off every half hour with rolling blackouts. You guys are still having it pretty bad with the weather situations. I had to get back to NY to warm up:D.
ruttinbuc
Welcome to the winter of 2010/2011. I can't remember such a long stretch of snow on the ground here. Seems we have a storm every other day. So much for holding the Super Bowl at a warm weather venue.
