Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
What's everyone having for the game on Sunday? I'm still trying to figure out what to make/buy. So far all I know I am making is that buffalo chicken dip (the recipe someone posted in the chuckwagon room here). Might get some wings to make also and maybe just pick up a sub from somewhere. mike
smoke a deer loin and a pork loin, some atomic buffalo turds and lots of cold adult beverages! I take the deer loin and use a filet knife to make it like a tube the long ways, then stuff it with red and yellow bell peppers and onions, wrap in bacon and smoke it, tis quite good. Maybe some hot wings too

PotashRLS
Various Venison Sausage and Cheeses, Grilled Chicken Legs & Thighs with Brown Sugar Marinade, Cheesy Potatoes and what ever the rest of the folks bring. I hope one of the dispatchers in the 911 Center trips on the phone lines accidentally disconnecting them "temporarily" so we can eat and watch the game without babysitting a bunch of drunks. :drink: I'm on call hoping for a quiet evening. I hope this cold weather is gone by then because we're having it outside under the stars.Looking at sort of a tailgate type thing....hot tub, couple of open fires, the big screen etc. Keeping the menu simple this year, various wings, dips, poppers etc.

We got another 5" yesterday, but some of it is melting today. They are calling for a 30% of snow tomorrow, just have to see. Have the firepit built, but not sure I want to get the projector out in the cold temps... I'll know more this time tomorrow I guess.
