VermontHunter
As if the 20+ inches of snow we received the other day wasn't enough we are getting dumped on again. This time tho with something I've NEVER seen in my 46 years ,,, we actually had a pretty good thunder and lightning storm along with this snow storm ,,,, :jaw::jaw: .. I guess MaMa nature was really PO'ed last night ... chalk this one one up to being something new to me ..
ruttinbuc
We missed that monster getting all ice and rain, Luke. The last storm had some thunder and lightning that was first for me. What a winter is all i can say. We had three ice events in a couple of weeks. Fortunately, nothing too awful major. I lost power for most of the midday yesterday. Amazed at how quiet this place was. Tominator
I've only seen it once or twice, it's pretty cool. BTW--there's another big storm predicted for your area late next week Luke.
Shaun_300
Most of all the storms are missing us here. Send some our way! I seen thunder snow once, it was cool!

How well I know Chris ,,, I have no idea where I'm going to put all of this snow ... I think I'm going to have to go get my buddy's Kobota with the bucket and start pushing some banks back .. That thunder & lightning was nuts last night.....pretty amazing how bright it gets with all this snow around. I hope they cut the snowbanks back soon, they're about 6' - 7' and make driving a little tricky sometimes! I measured 47" of snowpack in the yard this morning. I cleared the garage roof on Friday, started the house today. With a standing seam roof I never though I'd have to shovel it!

I guess if it's not going to hit us, the next best thing is for it to head to sea and not bother anyone else. The east coast is getting hammered this year! Global warming at its best.
