Good customer service

My sister and I had a plant sent to our mom for Valentine's Day from www.proflowers.com Well the plant came on Valentine's, looked ok but our mom said it was really cold when delivered, like too cold for a plant for it to be ok. Well what do you know over the last week the leaves have been falling off, the flower buds not opening but turning brown, and in general looking like it's a dead plant. We sure didn't spend $40 for a dead plant. So emailed them today and they very quickly have made amends to replace it.:toot: So now mom can have a second Valentine's Day, lol. Good to know there are some places out there that still have good customer service, and a company dealing with live plants should have such.
