Rangerclay VS pountine

So I have some business to do near the border. So I says to myself, "Self, you need to call up your old buddy Joe and see if he is available for lunch".

It just so happens I managed to catch him not doing a double shift so lunch was a go. I suggested it would be fun to try one of these pountine things that he and the other Canadians rave so much about. Heck, it's made with cheese curds, how can you wrong with that?

I pull into Kingston about 11:30 and we walk to this little joints called Bubba's. We ordered two small pountine's and it was on. Just so you understand what I have below, I have french fries and cheese curds stuffed in a bowl, layered with super hot gravy. The hot gravy melts the cheese curds a little so you you have this ooey gooey heart attack in a bowl. It was DELICIOUS! :eat:
