BearClaw
Found an old recipe on this site that I wanted to re-share with you with my own twist to it. Cut the tenderloins into butterfly chops. The sprinkle with wild game seasonings. Marinate in Hickory BBQ sauce with brown sugar (All in one) with worchestershire sauce all day. Set grill to medium. Wrap chops in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Grill until medium at most otherwise they will dry out. Remove bacon and enjoy! Should practically melt in your mouth! P.S. I also add more seasonings and bbq sauce during grilling.

dbHunterNY
sooo.... why are we removing the bacon??? heck I'll eat it with it still on... probably not good for the heart, but just about anything's ok in moderation.
BearClaw
Sorry, no pics but they sure were good! There are some other recipes I'm going to try but this one seemed simple and tasted great!
BearClaw
One more thing, add some mashed potatoes, veggies, rolls and a hot cup of coffee (coffee optional) and a meal fit for a king!

BearClaw
The reason I didn't eat the bacon was because it didn't take long for the tendeloin to cook and the bacon wasn't cooked enough for my taste. I do it for the flavor and helping to keep the juices in. Otherwise eating the bacon would be a great idea!
