razortec_hunter
Is It better to have your site further or closer to the riser? I have a true glow site that has an adjustable arm that attatches to the riser. Just wondering if it is a personal preference? Or actually has an advantage either way? m gardner
As I get older it's better to have them further away to get them in focus better.
dbHunterNY
it depends on how you aim, your eye sight (as said), and preference. If you aim by centering the pin guard in your peep, then move it out enough to get the two to line up nice and close to one another in your site picture. the more you have it out, the more you'll notice movement (twisting or torquing). so you may aim better. for hunting i have a larger peep and a short sight bar to make the pin guard fill it. this lets in more light. so there's different ways to look at it.
