Actually Wisconcin is the largest producer of cheese in the US. Followed closely by California and good old New York. That's why us Packer fans are called "Cheeseheads". The only thing that Wisconsin does wrong is color their cheese. Not sure why but it's a Wisconsin thing. That is how I can spot your cheddar cheese, its orange/yellow.
