buckee
Here's some awesome pictures I got in Calgary last week while visiting my daughter, her hubby and our new grandchild "Corvin Fox". Red-breasted Nuthatch Magpie Eastern Bluejay. We don't get these guys on the other side of the Rockies Diana and I found where some urban coyotes were bedding down in a hedgerow between a church and a housing complex. It was a pretty cool experience sneaking in on them the next day to get photos. Grey Squirrel OH, and by the way, it's dang cold in Calgary. woolybear
Cool! I wish we had magpies but we do have the jays! Awesome job sneeking in for a shot on the yotes. I'm jealous!
ruttinbuc
Poor Diana, lol! Some great shots there, Steve! I am also jealous of the coyote shots. It looks like he is sizing you up,eh? Those jays can be great little helpers. You know whenever they carry on in the deer woods that something is coming... All the best to you and the family on the arrival of little Corvin Edited March 14, 2011 by ruttinbuc
wtnhunt
Congratulations on the grandchild Steve. Nice pics. Yote looks a little mangy. They seem to get bolder and bolder all the time around here, if there was any food around would not surprise me that it would not take off.
