I am thinking about starting up an online store for my photographs. Before I do so, I want to see if people may be interested in purchasing photographs. I have many options for doing this. I would like some input for you guys. I take mostly wildlife/nature/hunting type shots. Would you be interested in possibly purchasing prints (many sizes and up to 20x30), mugs, mouse pads, coasters, ect.? And if so, which items would you buy and what would you pay for such items? Thanks for your help!

There are sites like shutterstock.com where you can sell your photos. If they are as good as you say they are and pass the criteria you can do well. Seems like a lot of trouble to open an online store and hope people find it let alone like your work. Good luck, if that is what you decide to do. Not saying it can't work.

I agree with Bug House here.

It's not easy by any means, however there is always buyers for the best images. I know there are a few sites out there that will give you a free or cheap web site and will then print your images and take a percentage of the order. The beauty of that is that once you upload the images to the site, orders will be handled totally by the company, including shipping charges. Try it. If it doesn't cost much and keeps you enthusiastic about your photography, how can it be bad.

That is great advice right there. There is always going to be a trade off. All you have to do is make sure you keep making good images that sell with a service. Here is a link to one type of service where you get paid for your image downloads.

Got some samples or is it top secret stuff?:taped:

Here is my site: www.ericalberdaphotography.comLet me know what you think. If you love it (the pics) let me know. If you hate everything let me know. I will not be offended at all if you tell me you hate everything about my pictures. Any feedback is helpful to improve my skills. Thanks!

Canada geese not Canadian geese.

Yep, caught that too...

Decent shots but technically had some issues with focus, lighting, motion blurr, etc. Is this something youre new at? They have potential but arent something I would spend money on....

Some of the macro and perspectives are good...
