Chenango Dave
Is what little Trigger dog was saying after Hawkie slammed his bunny. And boy was he telling her what he thought about it…lol… It is quite a seen watching these two work together. If the hawk hears him sounding off, she’ll take flight and get a good perch in front of him in anticipation of a forth coming bunny. She had quite a few great crashing flights after them yesterday before finally connecting with this one. Was a great day to be out in the woods letting the dogs run and the hawk fly. We can hunt till the end of the month so hopefully we can get a few more before the season closes. Take care Dave
ccwhitey
Now that's the way to hunt no gun necessary :cool2: I never would have thought of using that combo a dog and a bird looks like it works well.
buckee
You're a lucky man to have such awesome hunting partners who can work together like that. That alone is awesome, and so are your photos Dave. Thanks

woolybear
...so when you release her, do you plan on trading her in for a different/ more efficient model, or are you going with a lower mileage redtail again? BTW- always enjoy the pics!:smoke:
