redkneck
The Comcast cable that hangs in my yard. Down to about 4' off the ground now. I've called twice, but really went off on them Saturday night and gave them a week before I get the bolt cutters out. Town already ok'd me to cut it, but that doesn't necessarily mean I won't get hit with a huge bill (I'm almost sure that would happen). Rhino
John...Any reason why you haven't gone to their web site, gotten all the email addys you can find there, and send a message to all of them?
redkneck
Well crap I've called the national 800 number 3 stinking times and been transferred to the folks that are supposed to deal with such things and gotten nowhere with them. I'm not going to cut it I dont suppose, but I sure let them think I would. But the town told me to whack it! lol
Dawg
Be a rebel.......cut it.
Adjam5
John , that cable carries no voltage. So no need to worry about that if you cut it. If you do not want to cut it...roll it up, squeeze the roll and tape it so it is long and fasten it to the pole so it is out of the way. That is of course if you have a ladder or bucket truck to accomplish that feat.
Tominator
Get your climber, climb the pole, take up the slack and nail it to the post. :gun_bandana:
swohiodave
Use the email idea and say you will call a local paper/news and tell them you have called several times and that you believe that the neighborhood kids will get hurt because of it.....that may get someones attention.
