Turkeygirl
Picked her up today...shot her till my arm wore out. got some kinks to work out with form...got into some bad habits with too long a DL. This bow's a keeper though:2guns: 2011 Elite Hunter 50 lbs 25" DL Easton Flatline arrows Extreme RT 900 .019 pin sight Whisker Biscuit rest Waiting for the quiver to come in. Also looking for a new release. Tried a TruBall Beast release today...hook is a bit different but I kinda like it.

Squirrelhunter91
Bow looks great Ruth. Have you looked into a backtension release or a t handle? I dropped an inch in DL when I bought my Hoyt as well and what a difference it made. It really let me get into my back at full draw and hold much steadier. I bought a Carter SImple 1 and love it. It's a $180 release but well worth it. The problem I was having with standard wrist releases was that I couldn't wrap my finger around the trigger completely but now with the Carter all is well. Oh and a t handle or backtension release will straighten out your form. It forces you to maintain a T by shortening your draw a hair and helping you get into your back. Then its just a matter of push pull and the shot goes off.
dbHunterNY
looks sooooweet! truball beast is a good one, i've shot that one. i'm still using the release i've got now though (Scott Little Goose w/ buckle). as long as it's not too long that you stretch out your index finger then i'd think it'll work great. carter RX-1s are nice but much more money.
