Shaun_300
Today was pretty crazy here in southern and eastern Ontario today! Woke up to 70 degrees and humid, then late morning the cold front starts moving in. Sustained winds picked up to 45mph and stayed there all afternoon, gusts around 70mph. Power went out at 11:45 this morning, ended up leaving work at 3:00 since we couldn't do anything without power, no hoists or compressed air. Power stayed out til around 7:00 tonight. A few blown transformers around town, trees down on power lines all over the place. Haven't seen winds like that in a long time. Winds are died down now with temps in the 40s. This must have been a taste of what you guys have been getting in the states. Not near as bad up here though! Can't imagine the devastation with all the tornadoes that have been firing up down there! hammerforged
It has been a crazy spring all over the place - looks like La Nina is suffering from some major PMS!
