beagleboy
It all came together yesterday early morning. My buddy and I set up 100yds from where they roosted the night before. As the birds started sounding off, I knew it was going to be a great morning. One gobbler pitched down right in front of me about 60yds but a small tree covered his head and neck so I waited for a clean shot and when he presented it I noticed a larger tom 10 yrds behind him in a semi strut with a long beard. I held tight and sqeezed and it was all over. My first tom of the season. He weighed 20lbs, 10 in beard and 1 in spurs.
