For the first time ever, I finally got Maggie back!!

I rolled out of bed, stood up, and released this horrible cloud of stank. The dog moaned, rolled over, cocked her head almost 90 degrees and walked out of the room! Finally, I have won! Normally, she will crop dust me and drive me out of the room, but not this morning. I hope she doesnt forget that smell!

3.99 here.

Yesterday gas was 1.39 a litre...... so what's that... $5.14 a gallon or something?

I've always been terrible at math.

Either way.... it's not good. It took $50 to get my 4 cyl. reg. cab Tacoma up to HALF A TANK!

I need to invest in a bicycle or moped. LOL

$1.379/liter here in eastern Ontario, which is $5.37/gal US. Dad "topped up" his truck from 1/2 tank to full the other day and it was $84! And that's when it was $1.299/liter.

In Montreal, QC its as high as $1.53/liter or $5.98/gal US.

Shaun - Will you recalculate at $1.39 a litre for me? Obviously I'm not very smart. BWAHAH.:clown:

10 miles down the road in Dixon it's $3.98.

I had to drive through Clinton Iowa (a little over 30 miles away) a couple days a go and it was 3.78

A friend of mine from chicago posted a pic of her local gas station yesterday regular $4.79, silver $4.94 and ultimate $5.08

Was 3.69 yesterday and this morning, with hearing reports of oil prices continuing to be under $100 a barrel had the expectation prices SHOULD be coming down, however same station when I came back through 30 minutes later had gone up to $3.77. Wonder if the news of Obama meeting with the top 5 oil producers to "discuss matters" has something to with the rise.

That's funny because this morning it was $3.99.....now it's down 6 to $3.93.

There, I fixed it for you. -- Jeramie ;)

**Off topic, have any of you ever wondered why there ain't a "cent" symbol on a keyboard? Weird.

Actually trading stopped on wall street yesterday because oil prices dropped so quickly. Prices had jumped a full dime yesterday but when word got out about prices dropping the gas came down too. It was back down something like $.07 - $.08 from yesterdays high. LIke a yo-yo...

They are suppose to drop by next month...

3.78541178 in a gallon.

1.39 X 3.78541178 = 5.2617223742

So...$5.26 a gallon

Yep I do the same calculation and also throw in the difference in the dollar, so it's USD and US gallons. I know one thing, it's WAY too much.

What's really irritating is we were paying way less per liter last time the price per barrel was this high.
