mikebohio
we have a great day for grilling here in eastern ohio. alot of my family are coming over for a cookout. im smoking a deer roast for the first time. grilling backstraps, hot dogs hamburgs and chicken. for side were having corn on the cob,bbq baked beans, and fruit salad. there will probably be enough food between what i am cooking and all the cover dishes to feed a small country. my family has a strong millitary background and we really go all out for memorial day. wtnhunt
Dunno for sure yet, was going to smoke some pork in the smoker but setbacks Saturday out of town got me getting back too late to stop at the store on the way home and not making any special trips to town with gas prices like they are. Grilled doe steaks yesterday, got a couple t-bones thawed out I guess I might grill this afternoon. Don't think we got any taters left might just have peaches and cream corn.
