Thebuckslayer
Hey Tim, I,m new to this site. This is my first time on. I use to go on to ArcheryTalk.com all the time but they got way too commercial for me (and alot of othert guys) and they want to charge everyone for trying to help out fellow members to find new hunting spot for the falls deer hunts. They want you to be a sponsor for them. I live in Maine and started an "AFFORTABLE" hunting club in Southern Ohio 2 years ago for the blue collar worker like myself. It's called "The BuckSlayers" Hunting Club. Check out www.buckslayers.com I now lease 5,000 acre and have 5 leases that I fill each year with regular Joe's that like to deer & turkey hunt. I only charge enough to cover the leases and the membership fee's for all the mailing info that I send out to each member of the club. These leases are locked & gates for members only and each member has a key to the locked access gates. The cost is only $850.00 for the entire year!! This is remote land but members can bring in campers, tents, or just get a nearby motel. One lease has a LKog Cabin for our members use. Some members this year are going up in the summer to build bunks and get it ready for this fall. I have 9 spots avaliable on this lease for the 2011 season which starts on July 1st and goes thru June 30th 2012. I allow ATV'S on the lease for hunting ONLY! (NO RECREATIONAL USE IS ALOWWED)There is a 6 deer limit, crossbows, & baiting is allowed in Ohio if one wants. AND Ohio has a 5 month Bow season!!! No Rifles are allowed and there is only a 1 week shotgun season which starts after the rut is over! This is why the Bucks can grow to to become mature and have massive racks! We'll that's all for now, This looks like a great! website that I will be able to meet and help fellow member find great hunting spots for this upcoming deer season. I now am semi-retired and spend 2-3 months in Ohio and go to all the leases in the fall to meet all the guy's that I have been talking on the phone with and e-mailing all summer long. The "Rut" is on.... Shoot Straight.......and .......Shoot Often................... Wayne (The "BuckSlayer") www.buckslayers.com

Tim Andrus
be patient I guess would be the biggest thing I took my daughter out during late summer to get her used to it seeing deer being quiet, moving, and then she got cold feet when season came around. Killed me inside but I let it go that was 2 years ago this past week she told me she was ready which made my day
