HUNTINGMAN
http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii230/heatherjbrown2/aa4375ab.jpg[/img]"]http://. I figured since this was my last night off before going back to work, and I had to sit up all night to sleep tomarrow for night shift,I would cook something. I had a whole chicken in the freezer so I thawed it out while me and the family was at the lake today. I had a little wood outback and decided to smoke a beercan chicken. I fired up the smoker with some mulberry, apple and black walnut and brought up to temp, about 250 - 300deg. I spiced up the bird and got ready for the grill,I went to place it on the grill and the lid wouldn't shut for the bird was to tall. I ended up removing the top rack and putting it on the lower rack wrapped in foil. This is where I'm at now and will get another pic when removing the foil to get a good smoke on it. O yeh, the spicy came from the seasoning I put on it,it is kinda spicy.
