wtnhunt
Schools are out here, our kids school was one of the last ones to get out and was out back in May. Hope the school is closer for you than ours is Joe. Gas adds up these days and it costs us $5-6 each trip to the school. Had to make a few trips to the high school for "other" reasons for our oldest daughter last year, last time she almost left something she needed and we were pulling out of the garage I was thankful she realized it before we got to the school. Far as the phones go, think Nicole(our almost 10 year old) is the only one in the middle school in her grade who does not have one.
clrj3514
I understand where your coming from but little things like this won't even matter on their graduation day.

Newarcher
If she gets an allowance, charge her a school trip fee! Just wait until she hits about teen years and you can tell her in 8 different languages how a stove is hot and she won't believe you. But when her boyfriend says it..... well it's the Gospel! Mine is eight, in four years she will begin her two decade, underground suspension! New
