jcot2773
are your blazers fletched with a helical?
MUDRUNNER
are your blazers fletched with a helical? That was my first thought too. I shoot 4" straight fletch with Talons and they shoot great. I'm not sure how a helical or offset would affect the flight with having curved blades.
maverickdave
no they are not. i was told to go with a 2 degree helical but that didnt work either. i dont wanna give up using to talons due to the damage they have. unless someone has any suggestions on an alternate
jcot2773
ok, on a walk back tune are you hitting dead on at any yardage and then hitting side to side or what? and no do not fletch with a helical even says not to on the broadhead pack. what is your set up? that might help a little bit to see if there is something that needs to change besides broadhead or vane. maverickdave
i hit at 20 or under. everything else nose dives. but 20 and under are dead on. field points all shoot tight groups. i tried changing to inserts to line up blades with vanes and rotated all around. i tried different grain heads and brand news vs old. cant seem to get a good combo and i hate expandables for the simple reason of the rubberbands they use to stave off deployment. i shoot a martin 29" draw 60lbs

jcot2773
what arrows? cut to what length? how far down is balance point on the arrow? and you might need to broadhead tune only. no field points.
