mikebohio
New product - Dupo 7 for 410 what is your opinion on this slug for deer at under 25yds. vs a solid slug.
Strut10
I'd rather not use either of them. But, obviously, if a .410 slug is all I had to use for deer, the Duplo should be (looks to be) superior to a standard slug. I know I wouldn't want to shoot much farther than 25-50 yards with it. Energy is very similar to a .357 Mag or 10mm handgun.
mikebohio
25 yards is the farthest his shot would be. ohio doesn't allow rifles and he is too small for the a 20g. I'm apprehensive myself thats why I'm trying to find the best round possible.
Shaun_300
I wouldn't up here, even though I'm sure it'd kill it with a good accurate shot. Maybe in the south where the deer are 1/2 the size of ours I'd be more comfortable.
