TreeWalker Posted March 4, 2005 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 The Big 8 that I have been documenting for the past year, and hope to do more of this coming year....hopefully with a happy ending (for me) this next fall This is a pic of him just days before he shed 2/25/05 Here he is probably within a day of shedding 3/2/05 Here is his shed I found this wednesday.....68" And here is a series of pics that I pasted together.....a pic from him in velvet in July-2004.....a pic from him in February-2005.....and a pic of his 2004 shed (62" left side) and his 2005 shed that I just found(68" right side)....... TreeWalker Posted March 8, 2005 Author Report Share Posted March 8, 2005 Re: A Big Buck\'s Life What makes him so easy to identify, besides the 2" kicker, is that he has that lazy eye'd look.......every picture i have of him, he seems like he is half asleep......it must just be the shape of his eyes, cause I have seen no other deer in any of my trail pics like it.........it made it real easy to pick him out when he first started growing his rack last spring and then when he shed last week.
