So,tonight I cooked two of his t bones over charcoal. I lightly sprinkled black pepper and garlic powder On them to keep it simple and leave the taste of fresh beef there. With them I had onions,green peppers and mushrooms on skewers cooked on the grill. Topped it off with a baked tater with butter and sour cream and a good old can of bushes burbon grilling beans.
