dbHunterNY
So in a past what I was doing and using to store my muzzleloader wasn't working the best: It'd start to rust a little in certain areas. I took it out from being stored since last year to check on it. Seems to be doing better. I took it completely apart, cleaned it, and put it back. So how many of you do this? ....oh yea I don't know why some people hate bore butter so much. It seems to do very well at locking out moisture. hammerforged
Storage? JK, although mine never really goes into storage because I enjoy shooting it too much. I do try and check mine every other month, I like the Bore Butter too.

Hoosierbuck
I clean it thoroughly, over-lube, and put it away. Period. I break it out late summer and start shooting for season. Never had any problems. Store it in a basement vault with a dehumidifier. HB
toddyboman
Nope..... I clean it really good after season. Use bore butter and put it in the save. So far no problems yet....
